St. Mary's Villa Campus

The Independent Living is the newest option here at St. Mary's Villa. Independent residents can enjoy a beautiful environment offered here at the Residence. Luxury amenities include, dining services, maintenance services, movie theatre, regularly scheduled activities programs, lounges, private dining, chapel, exercise room and gift shop. Other services such as nursing care, transportation or housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
The benefits of living in a care-based community are that you are able to move into various levels of care as needed. Assisted living could be provided without relocationg to another room. Opportunities for socialization are available daily, and one can enjoy peace of mind in knowing that staff are there and available to assist as needed. If a resident has a temporary illness or setback, they can make arrangements for care and pay for services as needed on an hourly basis. However, if nursing and personal care services such as bathing, dressing, medication monitoring is required on an on-going basis, then transitioning to the assisted living or skilled nursing option would be most appropiate.

Independent Rates
Rates include 3 meals per day and general maintenance of their living unit
Private Room - $2000 per month
Deluxe Private room - $2500 per month
Private Suite - $2800 per month
For a second occupant add $500 per month
