St. Mary's Villa is situated on 120 picturesque acres in Elmhurst, Pennsylvania. St. Mary's Villa Nursing Home is a 112 bed skilled nursing facility. Conveniently located ten miles southeast of Scranton, minutes from Interestate 81, 380 and 84. It is a Catholic, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and open to persons of all faiths, races and cultures.

The Mission of the Poor Sisters of Jesus Crucified and the Sorrowful Mother, founded by Father Alphonsus Urbanavicius, has touched the lives of individuals dating back to 1926 when their first guests arrived. Decades later, the Villa remains faithful to its mission of providing care taking a holistic approach in caring for the elderly.

With our "Rehab to Home Program" individuals who are in need of rehabilitation following a hospitalization or surgery may receive a specialized treatment plan provided by a dedicated team of professionals including a physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, nurses, social worker and activities director.
