St. Mary’s Villa, a proud member of Covenant Health, is a non-profit community consisting of a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (shown below) and Personal Care Residence (shown left). We are committed to enriching the lives of our residents and to supporting family members in the care of their loved ones.
We welcome residents of all faiths, races and cultures, and since 1924, we have provided care and comfort seniors and their families from Lackawanna County 9 including the neighboring communities of Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne and Lackawanna counties.

Feel at home with us
Each month, we host a variety of activities and events for residents, families and staff. Our monthly newsletter includes a master calendar. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities that interest them. We also organize community outreach projects, such as food collections for local pantries, St. Eulalia’s Breakfast set-up and assistance to the Parish, and a Toys for Tots collection during Christmas.
