President

Noelle Kovaleski, LHNA, joined St. Mary’s Villa in April 2025 as its President. As a teenager, she worked at the community and as a college student she completed an internship there. Her experience at the Villa inspired her passion for senior care and she has dedicated her career to it.

Noelle has worked in senior healthcare communities throughout Pennsylvania for many years. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration, MHA, from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Penn. and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy Administration from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Penn. She also serves as a board member for the Pennsylvania Health Care Association and Northeast Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Association.

Jamie Mancuso, RN, MSN

Jamie Mancuso, RN, MSN

Director of Nursing

Jamie Mancuso joined the St. Mary’s Villa team in December 2024 as its Director of Nursing. In this role, she oversees the nursing staff and ensures all residents receive comprehensive, high-quality and compassionate care. Jamie has 20+ years of nursing experience, with an extensive background in geriatrics. She enjoys building relationships with both residents and their family members.

Jamie earned her master’s degree in nursing from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre. Penn. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, Penn. Her leadership philosophy centers around honoring the dignity and individuality of each resident. Jamie believes that every resident should be treated with respect and kindness, but also as is they were a member of your own family.

Addie Rocco

Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care

Addie has a BA in Criminal Justice, a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in Law, and she has a master’s degree in theology and Pastoral Care. Addie began her role in professional care years ago while in law enforcement and proudly served her community for over 15 years – primarily with the Scranton Police Department. Through discernment and a year of volunteering at St. Mary’s Villa, she moved into the role of Mission Director in August 2014. Addie’s service to her community continues through her work at the Villa as well as serving as Jefferson Township Supervisor for the past 5 years where she oversees the police department and road crew. Addie is also a certified spiritual director in the Diocese of Scranton. Addie has been serving the St. Mary’s Villa residents and families for 12 years. She is the wife of Deacon Nick Rocco and is the mother of their four daughters. 

Karen Romanini, EXP

Employee Experience Director

Karen is a graduate of Lackawanna College with an AS degree in Business Administration and has proudly spent more than 20 years of her career in long-term care. She serves as Director of Human Resources at St. Mary’s Villa, where she enjoys supporting employees and helping build strong healthcare teams. 

Karen’s expertise includes recruitment and retention, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, employee training and development, workplace investigations, HR compliance, policy development, and workforce planning.  Karen believes it is a true privilege to work within a Catholic organization and to be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding, compassionate care to our residents. “I’m passionate about people and take pride in creating a positive workplace while helping employees find meaningful and rewarding careers in healthcare.”
