St. Mary’s Villa Welcomes Noelle Lyon-Kovaleski, LHNA, as Its New President

Noelle-Lyon-KovaleskiSt. Mary’s Villa, a member of Covenant Health, recently welcomed Noelle Kovaleski, LHNA, as the new president of its senior care community, which includes 112-beds for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite and palliative care as well as 64 semi-private, private or independent living personal care home units. As President, Lyon-Kovaleski focuses on daily operations, strategic planning and business development.

“My very first job was here at St. Mary’s Villa. I worked as a dietary aide when I was a teenager. I continued in that role throughout high school and then returned during my college years for an internship. This is where I learned I had a passion for senior care and wanted to dedicate my career to it,” shares Lyon-Kovaleski. “I’m glad to have joined this very capable team as its president. I’ve already met several residents and their families. I look forward to working closely with staff to ensure we continue to meet the very highest standards of care and compassion for all those we serve.”

Prior to joining St. Mary’s Villa, Lyon-Kovaleski served as both a Regional Administrator and Center Executive Director at Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carbondale, Penn. as well as an Administrator at Butler Valley Manor in Drums, Penn.

Lyon-Kovaleski holds a Master of Healthcare Administration, MHA, from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Penn. and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy Administration from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Penn. She also serves as a board member for the Pennsylvania Health Care Association and Northeast Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Association
